Carousel Ranch Service Project

March 4, 2015 – This week, Trinity’s tenth grade class took a field trip to Carousel Ranch, a very special place that provides equestrian therapy for disabled children. Students, teachers and parent chaperones worked together at shoveling manure, feeding and brushing horses, weeding, and cleaning saddles, tack and dusty buildings.

Snorkeling, Science & Sharks…Oh My!

Mar. 27, 2014 – Science Camp at Catalina Island was a wonderful trip for the seventh grade! Twenty-six miles away from the mainland, they camped at CIMI (Catalina Island Marine Institute) at the Cherry Cove campground. In addition to going on a mini-vacation with all of their school friends, their labs and activities included: snorkeling; fish, sharks and rays; invertebrates; marine mammals; plankton; kayaking; an astronomy hike, and a night snorkel! The camp emphasizes a ‘no-waste’ policy, which reinforces God’s command to be good stewards of His beautiful creation.
