WORK SAMPLES

EVERY COURSE requires a GRADED sample (with the exception of PE.)

EACH SAMPLE MUST INCLUDE:

  • Student name
  • Date
  • Course - saved as a PDF and labeled:
     "Last name, First name, Course."
    (ie. Adams, Sally, English)

For each home-taught course - submit a GRADED work sample of the student's actual work for that course.

For each outside-taught course including: Trinity, Libertas Co-op, Logic LIVE, online, college, or any course graded by an outside teacher, submit one of the following:

  • MyTrinity progress report
  • Libertas Co-op Report Card
  • Logic LIVE Report Card
  • Online class Final Grade Report 
  • College Unofficial Transcript 
As a reminder, ALL COURSES require submission of a work sample (if parent-taught) or report card/printout (if not parent-taught).  Refer to the Libertas Paperwork User Guide to see what qualifies.
