Daily COVID-19 Screening and Temperature Check

According to the LADPH, CDPH and OSHA, screening is to be conducted before students, visitors, and staff may enter the school.  Screening must include a self assessment of the following questions:

• Fever at or above 100.4?
• Muscle or body aches?
• Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing?
• New cough (different from baseline)?
• Diarrhea or vomiting? 
• Any contact with anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 in the last 14 days?
• Runny nose or congestion, not related to allergy condition?
• Sore throat?
• New loss of taste or smell?

*If the answer to any of these questions is yes, you should not come on campus unless a licensed healthcare professional determines your symptoms were caused by a known condition other than COVID.  Please follow up with the health office before returning to school.
