Thank you for your interest in our private lesson program. We offer instruction in many orchestral instruments as well as piano, guitar and voice. Lessons take place on campus and on Zoom with teachers who specialize in your child’s instrument. Please complete a separate registration for each student.
Lessons are available in 30-minute, 45-minute and 60-minute time slots. Typically only the more advanced students will have longer lessons.
All students under the age of 7 will need an adult to participate with them in both lessons and practice.
Fine motor skills, lung capacity, and children's physical size limits their ability to play certain instruments. Therefore, some of the instruments have minimum age limits.
Returning students will receive a total of 16 group lessons throughout the year. Beginning students will start group lessons after the Christmas Break and receive a total of 9 group lessons.
Pricing takes the total yearly amount for individual lessons and group lessons (as applicable) and divides by 9. You will be charged monthly based on a 9-month payment plan.
When selecting your instrument, be sure to look at the days that the instrument is taught. Once registration is completed, the teacher will contact you to schedule your lesson's day and time. All lessons will continue via Zoom if we are unable to meet on campus.
We ask that you commit to the whole school year, as we realize that students may lose interest and will need encouragement to stay the course.
Our absence policy states that if a teacher needs to cancel lessons, a makeup lesson will be scheduled. If your student does not attend school due to illness, please text your teacher in the morning and a makeup lesson will be scheduled if possible, based on the teacher’s availability. All other absences will not have a makeup option.
