Financial Agreement

I understand that:

  • All tuition payments must be made in advance and are non-refundable. Parents must notify the camp that their student(s) will be attending camp by the Tuesday prior to the week they want to attend. No students will be admitted without advance payment.

  • Signing up for Camp - Prior to June 5th, you can reserve a spot for your child(ren) in camp for any week(s). After camp has started on June 12th, all sign-ups must be made no later than Tuesday of the week prior in order to reserve your camper's spot.

  • When you pay your child’s Summer Camp tuition, you are reserving a spot for them in our camp.  If your child is sick or misses a day for any reason, there are no refunds and credit WILL NOT be extended for the missing time.

  • We recommend that you sign up for your planned weeks before summer begins due to space limitations.  If you have not signed up for a week, your child may NOT attend unless we have an opening.  Please contact our staff the Tuesday before the week begins to see if there is an available spot.

I understand my child will not be admitted to the camp with any unpaid late pick-up, tuition or other fees.

LATE FEES: The camp closes at 5:00pm.  For each 10 minutes or portion thereof after 5:00pm, there will be a $20.00 charge added to your weekly bill.  After three late pickups, the fee will increase to $40.00 for every 15 minutes or portion thereof after 5:00pm. These late fees are per child.

Behavior Management and Discipline Policy

The philosophy of behavior management and discipline at Trinity is built upon the foundation of the Word of God, which is profitable for training in righteousness (2 Tim 3:16). The goal of this policy is not to set up consequences and punishments for students when they misbehave, but rather to establish positive expectations for student behavior. A second goal of this policy is not only to address the outward behavior of the students, but also to transform their hearts and minds so they understand how to interact with others in a way that pleases and glorifies God. The rules of the camp are reflected in these 3 principles:

  • Obey God, Parents, and Teachers
  • Love Your Fellow Students
  • Respect Property of the Camp and of Others

DISCIPLINARY ACTIONS*

  • First Offense:   Offense noted and conversation with camp counselor.
  • Second Offense:  Camper will be restricted from some camp activities. A behavior notice will be sent home to the student’s parents to inform them of their child’s behavior at the camp.
  • Third Offense:   Further restrictions imposed which may include exclusion from field trip attendance. A behavior notice will be sent home to the student’s parents to inform them of their child’s behavior at the camp. Conversation with camp director.
  • Fourth Offense:  Camper may be removed from camp attendance.

*Any of these steps may be skipped at the discretion of the camp staff based upon the frequency and severity of the camper’s misbehavior.

IMPORTANT:  Signatures of both parents are required (unless you are a single parent). The parent responsible for the financial obligation to Trinity Summer Camp must have his/her signature on this application.

My (our) signature(s) acknowledge(s) receipt, understanding and agreement with the Summer Programs Parent Agreement.
