Parent Handbook and Program Contract

TO THE PARENT: Please read this Agreement carefully. If you do not understand any part of the Agreement, please ask the Trinity administration or KOC director. This Agreement and its attachments establish your legal rights and responsibilities and those of Trinity Classical Academy regarding your child’s participation in Trinity’s after-school care. Throughout this Agreement, the terms “you” and “parent” refer to the parents or legal guardians of the child enrolled in KOC and the terms “program” and “we” refer to Trinity Classical Academy and its staff members. The term “school day” means a day when we are open and operating.

By executing this Agreement, you (parent/guardian), agree you are enrolling your child(ren), in Knights on Campus at Trinity Classical Academy under the terms and conditions stated below.

1. Program/Hours of Care

2. Payment

C. Termination of Care: KOC requires that two weeks' notice be given regarding termination of care. Notice must be sent in writing to the KOC director or the appropriate administrator.

3. Method of Payment
Tuition payments are to be made via the online store.

4. Late Pick-up Penalties
If your child is picked up after the scheduled closing time you will owe a late fee of $1.00 per minute. These late pick-up penalties must be paid online (late pick-up form) before your child(ren) attends the next day. If your child(ren) is picked up more than 30 minutes past closing time two or more times in any 30-day period, we reserve the right to terminate your child’s enrollment. If unforeseen events cause you to be late, please call or text the KOC director at 661-644-7788.

6. Absences and Vacation Credit
