Choosing a school is one of the most important decisions a family can make, and we're honored you're considering Trinity Classical Academy.
Our admissions process is designed to help us get to know your family while giving you the opportunity to explore our Christ-centered, classical approach to education. We look forward to walking alongside you through each step of the journey.
HOW TO APPLY - Our admissions process consists of four simple steps:
Step 1 - Explore Trinity
Discover what makes Trinity different by design.
- Attend a Discover Trinity event
- Shadow a current student (Grades 7–12 applicants)

Step 2 - Complete Your Application
The following items are required for all applicants:
- Submit the Request an Application Form
- Complete the online application and pay the $150 application fee
- Schedule an Academic Screening
- Submit academic records and required documents
- Request a Pastor's Reference
Additional Requirements for Grades 7–12:
- Administrator Evaluation from current school
- Student Essay Appointment
Step 3 - Family Interview
Once all admissions requirements have been completed, families will be invited to a Family Interview with Trinity leadership.
This conversation allows us to get to know one another, answer questions, discuss educational goals, and determine whether Trinity is the right fit for your family.

Step 4 - Admissions Decision
After your Family Interview, our Admissions Committee will review your application and communicate a decision.
Applicants may be:
- Accepted
- Waitlisted
- Denied Admission
Admissions decisions are communicated according to the current admissions cycle. Please refer to the Admissions Timeline for important dates and decision notifications.
Admissions Timeline
Priority Admissions
October 1 – February 1
Applications completed during this period receive a decision by March 1. Enrollment agreements and deposits are due by March 8.
Rolling Admissions
February 2 – June 30
Applications are reviewed as they are completed, with decisions typically communicated within two weeks of the Family Interview.
