Trinity Cross Country hosted a race on Thursday, October 3rd at Central Park. There were 19 schools in attendance and two leagues represented.
The girls ran first with 60 runners on the 3-mile course covering the Central Park loop with lots of hills and soft terrain. Eva Lintereur came in 3rd place for the Heritage League with a time of 22:54. The girls' team took 1st place in the league.
The boys ran with 178 runners and came in 3rd place for the Heritage League. Chase Critser was the first Trinity runner to finish in 11th place with a time of 19:20. We have three more league meets and two invitationals. We are thankful for a strong, young team (with 7 freshmen), and we pray to remain injury-free and give all the glory and praise to God for giving us this opportunity to run for Him.
