Meggie Mosser, Trinity 12th grader, placed 3rd in the 2021 Congressional Art competition Sponsored by congressman Mike Garcia.
The Congressional Art Competition is a great opportunity for young people who are interested in art. All of the submitted artwork was reviewed by a selected panel of five independent judges. The winner, Olivia Moon from Hart High, will have her work sent to Washington, D.C. where it will hang in the halls of Congress.
Mosser's piece is a beautiful scratch board drawing of a deer titled "Eyes of the Innocent." This is quite an honor for Megan to be recognized and awarded. Congressman Garcia's press release about the event is here.
