Aloha, Ohana, Mahalo

The Hawaiian-themed homecoming was a creative and yummy way to welcome our alumni back. The Aloha was in the air from the moment one arrived at the gate. With leis and Hawaiian decor all around, our Ohana (family) couldn't miss the theme.

The traditional volleyball smackdown between the faculty/staff and the alumni was a great time for all involved. It's always a great competition and at times a little bit silly, which is part of the fun. This year's contest again had the faculty/staff coming out on top.

The Hawaiian meal was fantastic and Kona Ice was there to serve shave ice. For those who preferred local flavors, Chick-Fil-A sandwiches were available. There was no shortage of snacks and treats.

Senior recognition was done before the game and there were lots of cheerleaders, as grammar school ladies joined Varsity Cheer for the night, including during the halftime show. Also at halftime, there was a tug-o-war between all four houses and alumni joined the students to compete. Patrick House out-tugged the rest.

On the gridiron, the boys came out with a big win, 48-12. All in all, it was a great night for the whole family, we were thrilled to see many alumni join us, and winning is always icing on the cake.

Mahalo (thank you) to all those who made it happen and to our alumni for making it extra special. Photo Gallery for festivities HERE. Game and senior recognition gallery to come soon.
