KEYNOTE SPEAKER – Mr. Kern is the founder and president of the CIRCE Institute, the author of The Lost Tools of Writing, co-author of the best-selling book Classical Education: The movement Sweeping America, and is on the board of The Society for Classical Learning. He has trained teachers, led board retreats, and assisted in starting up over 100 schools since 1996.Mr. Horner is a Professor of Renaissance and Reformation Studies at The Master’s College. He speaks nationally on theology and humanities, teaches Art History in Europe, and is an author and a frequent guest on television and radio. Mr. Horner developed Trinity’s excellent Upper School Humanities program and currently teaches at Trinity. He blesses Trinity Rhetoric School students with his winsome teaching style.As Trinity’s Chair of Theology and Science, Dr. Phillips brings his passion for integrating faith and the sciences. He’s been a veterinary surgeon, a biochemist and a skeptic who set out to disprove God. After discovering science held too much evidence of God for him to ignore, he became a christian. He holds multiple degrees in science and theology.
