Annual Favorite Math Market


April 18, 2018 – Today the entrepreneurs of the future set up shop to sell their wares. Math Market is a 7th grade project but it’s a Trinity favorite because all the grammar school grades get to come and shop at the market. They bring their money and enjoy visiting every storefront to choose the treasures that are most important to them. They can also be heard talking about what they are going to make and sell when they are in seventh grade.

Trinity Goes Medieval


March 15, 2018 – Joan of Arc, King Henry VIII, Michelangelo, Leonardo DaVinci, Martin Luther and Queen Elizabeth were all in attendance at today’s Medieval Faire. They were joined by other famous medieval characters, as well as monks, archers, bakers, stained glass makers and other craftsmen.

Apologetics in Logic School


February 28, 2018 – Today our Logic School students were treated to a preview of Dr. Phillips’ freshman biology class in the form of an entertaining lecture on Micro and Macro Evolution and where the evolution theories converge with or conflict with the Holy Scriptures.

The most recent addition to our science offerings is to our young girls. One of our seniors, Ellie Kim, along with her sister, alumna Leslie Kim, created a curriculum to offer an after school science program to our 4th-6th grade girls.

Seventh Graders Enjoyed Unique Marine Experience at Catalina Island

April 2, 2015 – The seventh grade class had the adventure they’d been looking forward to for all of grammar school. The three-day field trip is more than just a boat ride to Catalina Island. It is an extended science lesson.

Snorkeling, Science & Sharks…Oh My!


Mar. 27, 2014 – Science Camp at Catalina Island was a wonderful trip for the seventh grade! Twenty-six miles away from the mainland, they camped at CIMI (Catalina Island Marine Institute) at the Cherry Cove campground. In addition to going on a mini-vacation with all of their school friends, their labs and activities included: snorkeling; fish, sharks and rays; invertebrates; marine mammals; plankton; kayaking; an astronomy hike, and a night snorkel! The camp emphasizes a ‘no-waste’ policy, which reinforces God’s command to be good stewards of His beautiful creation.
