When it came time for the program’s first playoff match, the Knights weren’t fazed. And like they have for most of the season, they won. Keyed by strong service and consistency, Trinity defeated Southwestern Academy of San Marino 3-0 on Tuesday at Velocity Sports Performance in the first round of the CIF-Southern Section Division VA playoffs. | HS Varsity Volleyball: 10/12/10 - Trinity girls varsity volleyball had their first league loss today at Hillcrest - Thousand Oaks in a 5-game match (25-17, 16-25, 8-25, 25-15, 14-16).
Highlights: Karli Klar (jr) had 13 kills and 7 aces. Trinity's record is now 7-1 in league, 8-3 overall.

Highlights: Julia Howell (so) had 14 kills, Karli Klar (jr) had 12 digs, and Emily Sagardia (jr) had 8 aces. Trinity's record is now 7-0 in league, 8-2 overall.
| HS Varsity Volleyball: 10/5/10 - The Trinity girls varsity volleyball team pulled out their 6th league win against Hillcrest - Thousand Oaks, defeating them 3-1 (25-19, 20-25, 25-23, 25-19) at Velocity.
Julia Howell (So) led the team with 6 kills; Karli Klar (Jr) had 2 great blocks and 6 digs; Kaeli Massetto (Jr) had 9 aces.

Trinity will host Westmark School on Monday, October 4 and Hillcrest-Thousand Oaks on Tuesday, October 5. Both matches are at Velocity.

The Knights served strong with a team high 29 aces. Sisters, Kaeli (jr.) and Jacey (fr.) Massetto each had 7 aces. Jacey Massetto also led the team in digs with 6. Kaeli Massetto had 6 assists and Julia Howell (so.) had 5 kills.
The Knights are now 2-0 in league, 2-2 overall. Their next match is at home (Velocity) next Tuesday, Sep 28 at 6:30 against LALutheran MS/HS.

| The Lady Knights dominated today as they hosted Pacifica Christian High School. They soared through the first two sets winning 25-5 and 25-10. All of the ladies were able to get some great playing time, and they were able to stay focused and play at their great level. The girls are now 5-1 and travel to Santa Monica on Wednesday to take on Pacifica at their home gym.

| The Lady Knight's Volleyball team traveled to Village Christian to play their fifth match of the season. The ladies worked really hard to come back after a tough loss last week, and they were able to rally and play a great match. The team came out with a victory after playing three sets, winning the first and the third sets. The offense was led by the aggressive play of Julia Howell and Emily Sagardia, and the energy and excitement was maintained by the entire team. The Knights are now 4-1 and would love to see everyone Monday at New Naz for their 3:30 match against Pacifica Christian!

| The Lady Knights hosted Faith Baptist yesterday and came out victorious!
The ladies won in two games: 25-16, 25-11. The ladies did a great job as they served aggressively and worked hard as a team! The ladies are now 3-0, and have had a strong start to the season.
