Trinity requires families seeking admission to have the current English Teacher of the applicant fill out a English Teacher Evaluation which outlines the applicant's performance in his/her English class.
Trinity admissions prefers that English Teacher fill out the form on-line and submit it to us electronically.
- E-mail the applicant's English Teacher and inform him/her that you need the form filled out.
- Make sure to include which of your children is applying to Trinity.
- Ask him/her to go to www.TrinityClassicalAcademy.com>Admissions>English Teacher Evaluation which will take him/her to the page you are on right now.
- Ask him/her to fill out the on-line from that is linked below and upon completion his/her confidential answers will be sent directly to the Trinity Admissions office.

Please complete the English Teacher Evaluation as it pertains to the student and return it to the school. All information will be kept confidential, will not be shared, nor will it become a part of the applicant’s permanent record.
By requesting this evaluation from you, the applying family authorizes you to release this information to Trinity Classical Academy and holds you harmless for any information provided.
