Trinity’s Tonight Show

February 8, 2018 – The 8th annual Trinity Talent Night was the best yet. Themed as “The Tonight Show”, it featured over twenty acts, including performances by the four Rhetoric School Houses (competition for House points), dance, comedy, and multiple musical acts. Performers ranged from some of our youngest grammar school students all the way to our Head of School, Mrs. Caddow.

The Celebration Center was packed and the overflow areas were filled with an audience of families, friends, and even visitors to our school. Hosts Michael Boulos and Lauren Chase kept the jokes coming and behind the scenes, Andrew Dever helped to run the stage so that the entire evening was smooth and fun to watch. A highlight of the night came near the end when Dr. Phillips read aloud a letter from Foster the People, who had written an encouraging note to the student band who was covering their song “The Truth” as the closing act of the night.

The Talent Night has always gone to support the junior class, who hosts it, to raise funds for their Senior Trip, and this year’s class did phenomenal business, raising over $2000 in profit. Congratulations to Cincinnatus House for topping the other three houses for bragging rights and House points.
